Is Corrected NYC part of the City?

No. Corrected NYC is a private company and is not affiliated with the City of New York or any government agency.

What if the filing is rejected?

If a filing is rejected because of a mistake in our paperwork, we fix and refile it at no charge, or refund our fee for that filing. If it's rejected for another reason, for example the condition still needs repair, we tell you why and what is needed.

Do I need to pay the City again?

Any City fees are separate from our service fee. We do not collect City fines or penalties.
